By far the best CPD which has had the most impact on me in 10 years of teaching. This session brought about a huge attitude shift in me. I could instantly see the benefits in the long and short term.
Colin McAlpine, Dulwich College SG, Singapore

What delegates say about the 1-day courses ...

Loved today. Very helpful. I feel empowered!!!
Roseanne Rice, FS2 Teacher, Southglade School

Debbie’s session was challenging, thought-provoking and encouraged us to go forward as a leadership team. We now all feel very confident to implement coaching. This will clearly benefit us and we are grateful to Debbie for opening our eyes! Thank you.
Pauline, Senior Leader, London

I thought it was easy to respond / be open to discuss ideas, as Debbie has a clear, relaxed persona when presenting.
Cath, Class Teacher, Parkside School

A good introduction to coaching in a non-threatening and informative way.
Wendy, SLT member, Hillingdon

The training was thought-provoking and enlightening. I can see great potential to use coaching as a method to raise standards in the school.
Nick Alford, Headteacher, Middlesex
